Humanity was nearly wiped out centuries ago by monstrous humanoid beings (Titans) known as titans. What makes these giants truly frightening is that their appetite for human flesh is fueled by what appears to be enjoyment rather than hunger.
To ensure their survival, humanity’s survivors started to live behind protective walls, culminating in a century without a single titan encounter. However, when a gigantic giant manages to break the seemingly impregnable outer wall, the battle for survival against the man-eating monstrosities is reignited.
