We recently talked about some of the top 10 things to eat in Tokyo, Japan. We would have updated our ramen list to include the Beautiful Ramen Master (not the real name of ramen shop) shop in Osaka even if it’s not close to Tokyo, just because our reporters say not only is her beauty real, but her food is Oishī.
A video of a Japanese woman that appeared on a food-related YouTube channel has gone viral. Within five days of being released, a video showed the store manager of Ramen Chonmage in Tenjinbashi-suji 6-chome, Osaka, cooking a dish of ramen and egg fried rice became viral, garnering nearly one million views.

The video, titled “Beautiful Ramen Master – Japanese Street Food,” was released on Dec. 9 to the Mogumogu YouTube channel, which promotes prominent Japanese restaurants. The Japanese woman claims in the video that she was granted a part of her favorite ramen shop and that she is now representing the firm by operating the Ramen Chonmage in Osaka.
“When I went to eat at this restaurant in Kochi, I fell in love with the taste of fried rice and ramen,” she recalled, adding, “By chance, I talked to this ramen shop owner.” He stated that his ambition was to operate a restaurant in another country. Working overseas has always been a dream of mine since I was a little girl. I could empathize with the proprietor’s feelings. I asked him whether he would allow me to start a store in Osaka because I am now residing there.”
Ramen, fried rice, and Japanese-style dumplings are among the store’s specialties, according to the management. She confesses that starting her first business was difficult, especially in the midst of the COVID-19 outbreak. “It’s difficult for me to do what I want to do.” I wanted to expand internationally, but it’s impossible to do so right now. “I want to swiftly progress here so that I can accomplish a lot of things,” she stated.
