Ford’s new dog house is called the Quiet Kennel, and it uses noise cancellation technology available in current Ford cars including the Edge crossover and Fusion sedan.
Because Doggo’s tend to get scared when it’s time for firework’s, Ford decided to help out. Just in time for the New Year, Ford’s new dog house will help keep noise from startling your pet.
Here is what Lyn West had to say, brand content manager, Marketing Communications, Ford of Europe.
“We wondered how the technologies we use in our cars could help people in other situations. Making sure dogs and their owners could enjoy a stress-free New Year’s Eve seemed like the perfect application for our Active Noise Control system, and we have a few more ideas in progress as to how our everyday lives might benefit from a little Ford know-how.”
At this stage it is currently not for sale. This is a concept for the time being. Even if it were for sale, it would likely cost a lot. Thanks to all the technology embedded inside. You can see more in the video below.
What are your thoughts on this Technology? Although we can expect it to be pricey, chances are it will sell. Sign us up for sure.
