According to What’s on Netflix since Netflix has announced the fifth season of Money Heist, it is reported to be released in two pieces. The first half of the fifth season will be published this year, if recent rumors are to be believed, followed by the second half sometime in 2022.
Plot for Money Heist Season 5
While there is no official synopsis for Money Heist season 5 yet, We have an idea from an interview with Alex Pina on Entertainment Weekly:
“We are moving from a chess game – a mere intellectual strategy – to a war strategy: attack and contention,” series creator Alex Pina tells EW of the gang avenging their fallen comrade. This new goal raises the stakes while keeping the story fresh and maintaining the adrenaline that has always run through Money Heist. The war they’ve been pushed to start results in “the most epic part of all the parts we’ve shot,” according to Pina.
Season 5 Cast:
Miguel Ángel Silvestre (Sky Rojo, Sense 8) and Patrick Criado (Goya award nominee for La gran familia española, Vivir sin permiso) have been confirmed as new cast.
