Launched as a Kickstarter campaign in August 2019 that was fully funded in an unprecedented three hours, Half Truth is a party game for all ages, and one that actually makes you feel smart! Featuring box art by one of the world’s most celebrated game box designers, Ian O’Toole, the game comes with 500 trivia question cards and each card has a category on it, like “Animals with blue tongues.” There are six possible answers, three right and three wrong, and players have to place bets on answers they believe are correct. Players are usually surprised by how well they do. We’re all smarter than we think!

We actually enjoyed the game and played with several friends. ( While Social Distancing) which was a challenge. The instructions were a bit much to understand. There was a little bit of trial and error. Ultimately though this game can go on for a very long time. As you can see from our picture above, there is 5 decks of cards with trivia on them and they are thick decks.

We had fun. The quality of this game is amazing. They ensured the things that should be quality were. The chips and player pieces felt good in the hands and were nice to handle. If you are a trivia geek or someone wanting to get into trivia this is definitely a game for everyone to try. The game is available now at as well as major retailers such as Target, Walmart, Amazon and hobby and specialty retailers.

A special thanks to MOTIV PR and Studio71 for sending us this fun game that we could enjoy during this time where we are at home. Also we are not sponsored and this articles is our honest opinion and recommendation.
