P-pop Group Bini is finally set for debut and Fans Lust Over Them, But Their Talent Inspires Philippine Pride – 8

MANILA — BINI, the eight-member P-pop female trio who has wowed audiences with their synchronization and stage presence, is slated to make their world premiere next month. “BINI: The Launch” will be broadcast on KTX.ph over two weekends. “The Runway” will premiere on June 4 at 6 p.m., followed by “The Showcase” on June 11 at 6 p.m. General admission tickets are P399, while VIP tickets are P499 for a limited number of seats. Each ticket grants admission to both the first and second halves of the event.

Who is Bini?

The Group (Aiah, Colet, Maloi, Gwen, Stacey, Mikha, Jhoanna, and Sheena) trained for over two years under ABS-CBN’s Star Hunt Academy prior to releasing their pre-debut song, “Da Coconut Nut,” in November 2020. Throughout their pre-debut period, BINI appeared on several ABS-CBN shows, including “ASAP Natin’To” and “It’s Showtime,” where they were presented to a wider audience.

In February, BINI officially chose “Bloom” as its fandom moniker from hundreds of submissions from its followers, to court a rising fanbase with their polished acts. The members of the group secured official contracts with ABS-CBN’s Star Magic and the network’s record label, Star Music, in December 2020.

“The Runway,” which will be webcast on June 4, will combine fashion and music as the members don ensembles created by designer Francis Libiran specifically for each BINI member.

Meanwhile, on June 11, fans will have the opportunity to connect with the group at “The Showcase,” which will feature thrilling performances, a fan conference, never-before-seen videos highlighting the members’ path to becoming BINI, and the debut of the music video for their current single, “Born to Win.”

Filipino voice coaches Kitchy Molina and Anna Graham, as well as Austrian-born dance coach Mickey Perz, worked with BINI. Mino (WINNER), Hye-bin (Momoland), Hyojung (Oh My Girl), I.M (Monsta X), Changbin (Stray Kids), and Kim Sohee were all taught by MU Doctor, a prestigious South Korean training group that has already helped establish successful idol careers of K-Pop singers (Produce 101).
