Casters are frequently confined to a supporting position in FGO. The “Caster-ball” cliche exists for a reason: most of these servants’ attacking talents are at most mediocre. However, there is a small subset of casters who do not fit all the stereotypes that players have about them. In this list, we’ll talk about some of the top damage-dealing Casters you shouldn’t bother with a heal!
FGO – Xuanzang Sanzang #1
A Buddhist master who flourished during the Tang Dynasty in the 7th century. She headed out on the Silk Road, going from Central Asia to India, in search of the Original Buddhist Scripture. She eventually returned to Tang with 657 scriptures and created the East Asian Yogcra Buddhist sect. During the Journey to the West Event, Xuanzang Sanzang (Genshsanz) was momentarily summonable. She was permanently placed to the summoning pool with the release of Camelot.
FGO – Illyasviel von Einzbern #2
Illya is the pinnacle of damage-dealing Casters, and anyone searching for a Caster who can pack a punch ought to pick her up. Illya’s self-buff on her skills, as well as her NP overcharge, renders her a formidable opponent. Don’t be fooled into thinking that just because Illya is a youngster, doesn’t mean she can’t compete with the rest of the FGO cast. You should start running as soon as she reaches 100% NP charge!
FGO – Summer Nero #3
Summer Nero is your most powerful “destroyer” Buster nuke, capable of dealing massive damage with no assistance. Her talents are a good fit for her kit, offering ample damage buffs and a good NP battery. Caster Nero excels even more versus Rulers, thanks to a third talent that boosts her damage output against the specialty class.
Make sure your lesser used Anastasia hasn’t been neglected once Castoria is released and Quick Looping is no longer an option. She could be holding a grudge. For those wishing to farm Assassin waves, Anastasia’s Arts-centric kit offers her a viable alternative. Similar to Anastasia, Sieg is a possible looper, but no one can beat the ice queen herself.
Cú Chulainn (Alter) #5
The mythical warrior from the Celtic Mythology’s Ulster Cycle. He gained his fame as a member of the Red Branch Knights and Ulster’s strongest fighter by employing the spear methods taught to him by Scáthach, the lord of the Land of Shadows. He has manifested as a Berserker, rather than his typical class. His equipment has changed due to some factor, and his demeanor has changed as well. His harsh visage is matched by his crimson spear, which has been tinged with black and has a menacing atmosphere. While we know this alter is not really considered a caster class, we put him in there because he looks super cool.
